Officer Buller loses trial, liable for $30,001.00 in civil damages

Because Oklahoma’s right to resist unlawful arrest prevented sj in favor of policeman, the case apparently went through trial and Officer Troy Buller of Muskogee lost. So, he sought judgement as a matter of law in order to effectively override the jury verdict against him. The judge denied this. I imagine the policeman will appeal.
