Can the policeman pull a suspect out of his doorway to arrest him?

Case: Mitchell v. SHEARRER, Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit 2013

Decision: In this case, probably not. The policeman (Farmington, Missouri, Police Officer Joshua Shearrer) is denied sj of qi for pulling out plaintiff out through his front door in order to make an arrest for getting grass clippings in the road.
