Policeman who executes wrong address search warrant gets qi

with one comment

Case: WIGLEY v. COUNTY OF BERNALILLO, No. 1:12-cv-00595-PJK-WDS (D. New Mexico, December 26, 2012)

Comments: Search warrant had wrong address somehow (opinion does not say why). Policeman who executed search apparently had no way of knowing the address was wrong, so he gets qi. This is a good case to show why qi exists and can be a good thing.

ignored. After 3 months, participants with green pure green coffee bean extract 800 mg.
