Police video destroys Plaintiff’s excessive force case based on his tasering. That is well and good, but this case does show that one of the major dangers of the electroshock gun (for example, the Taser brand gun) is the danger that the electroshock recipient may fall hard onto her own head. to me, this suggests that electroshock gun should be considered, on the use-of-force spectrum as, at least, equivalent to a baton strike to the head.
