Case: YANES v. MARICOPA COUNTY, No. 1 CA-CV 11-0274 (Court of Appeals of Arizona, November 8, 2012)

Comment: State appellate court is hostile to section 1983 claim on some perhaps-overly-subtle legal grounds. Consequently, plaintiff loses attorney fee award, punitive damage award and finding of supervisory liability against Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
