I share Attorney Mark NeJame’s disgust as expressed in the linked new article:


The FDLE report makes much out of supposedly inconsistent statements supposedly made by Scott’s girlfriend. However, the FDLE report does not mention that the police (and presumably Deputy Sylvester) originally said that they announced that they were police when pounding on Scott’s door. I wish Attorney NeJame had been more on the ball about pointing out that inconsistency for the public.

Still, I wish him the best of luck in his civil suit and hope that he manages to end Lake County Deputy Sylvester’s career. That guy should not be roaming the streets with a gun any longer!
