Supreme Court to take up “police4aqi” case

Washington Post reports that the U.S. Supreme Court will be taking up a police-related, Fourth Amendment qualified immunity case. The case is about strip searches for “minor arrests” (for example, non-violent misdemeanor arrests), which has certainly been a hot issue at the federal appellate level, and is probably a hot button issue for the public, to the extent that they think about it.
